Item Shipping. All orders are prepared and shipped within 2-7 business days. This depends on the inventory level because some items are made on demand. Once the order is shipped, the email notification with tracking code is sent to the customer.
 

Delivery Time. This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.

The delivery time may be longer than stated during the high season and (national) holidays. Onning.com does not take responsibility for the delivery delays that happen due to third-party services.

Onning.com will not be responsible for lost products if an incorrect address is provided.

International Shipping

Onning.com is proud to serve our customers from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.

When Will My Order Be Processed

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of ordering. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse.

Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

 CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email:service@onning.comWe process and ship orders quickly, Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

WILL MY ORDER BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

We know how important your order is! Onning.com provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We will always do our best to assist you, but Onning.com does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
